POST /api/create-screening-link

Creates a screening link for a candidate. Body: position (required), package, expiryDays, candidateName, candidateEmail, externalId (your own tracking ID).

POST /api/screening-status

Checks status by ref, refs[], or externalId. Returns paid and completed booleans, plus score/report once finished.

The international beta (beta.verika.org) serves candidates and employers outside Brazil, with crypto checkout replacing card payments to keep costs low and settlement fast.

Why we exist

Remote hiring broke the old trust model — an employer and a candidate on opposite sides of the world can't just "know a guy" to vouch for each other. Verika replaces that with verifiable data, so a good hire doesn't depend on geography.
